Kechari Question – Redo, Cut Or Keep Going?

Hi Friends,
I made my first snip last week. Went fine, very small snip, although I might not have placed it exactly in the middle of the frenulum. It’s close, maybe just a mm or 2 above the middle. Does the placement of the cut have to be right in the middle. Since I only made one snip, should I just try again a little bit lower, or just keep going?
Thanks for the help! Avo

This is a great question.

In the long term – it doesn't matter where exactly along the frenulum you snip – I recommend doing so wherever is ergonomically the easiest for the scalpel to reach.

The most important aspect of snipping is to avoid any arteries and veins. Make sure they are clearly out of the way before you snip.

Allow for the snip to heal over a week or so, and then snip again.

For most of my progression, I was snipping somewhere along the middle, and targeted the same area each time. But over time, as the frenulum 'shrunk' – that central area has become a little bit too close to some veins. Hence, I moved my snipping downwards, as far away as possible from those arteries/veins.

[Actually, the most important part of snipping may be hygiene! Keep that blade clean, good sir.]
